Workers Seek Fair Pay, Equal Treatment On December 12, drivers at an Indianapolis uniform company who are looking for better working conditions took a major step in the right direction by forming a union with Local 135. The drivers at Arrow Uniform voted 4-1 to join the Indianapolis-based Local 135. There are six drivers in the bargaining unit. "The drivers want to receive fair pay and they want to be treated equally," said Jeff Combs, business representative and organizer for Local 135. "We look forward to working with the drivers to improve their conditions on the job." |
