Carroll E. Haynes

Carl Haynes is a skilled negotiator and leader who has served as President of the 24,000-member Local 237 in New York City from 1993 until April 2007. He serves as Director of the Teamsters Public Services Division. Haynes has been a Teamster since 1961 and serves on the executive boards of groups as diverse as the New York Central Labor Council, the Municipal Labor Committee and the United Way.
