Henry Perry
International Trustee
Henry Perry joined the Teamsters as a dockworker in 1970 and has been a tireless fighter for working people ever since. He rose through the ranks to become an organizer and a local officer. He was elected President of Local 667—the largest labor union in the Memphis area—in 2000. Perry’s strong background in political action and community service resulted in the unanimous decision by the Shelby County Sheriff’s deputies to join Local 667.
