Holiday Greetings from President Hoffa and Secretary-Treasurer Keegel

As we reflect on 2005 during this holiday season, we have much to be grateful for. The Teamsters Union accomplished several significant goals in 2005, including rallying the best unions in the nation behind the Change to Win federation. While much was achieved in 2005, there are plenty of challenges ahead.

This year, the union stood together to win numerous strong contracts and to organize members at an unprecedented pace. With the Change to Win federation, we are emphasizing our need to organize workers across the country and encouraging our members to take a more active role in the union. Together, we will make the union stronger.

On behalf of the General Executive Board, we wish Teamsters, their families and workers everywhere a warm holiday season and a 2006 filled with health, success and justice.
