Indiana Prosecutor Resigns After Telling Wisconsin Governor to Fake Attack on Himself

According to reports, Carlos Lam, a deputy prosecutor in Johnson County, Indiana, sent an email to Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker to fake an attack on himself. Lam has resigned his position.

The website, www.WisconsinWatch.org reports that Lam suggested that the protests in Wisconsin presented “a good opportunity for what’s called a false flag’ operation.”

“If you could employ an associate who pretends to be sympathetic to the unions’ cause to physically attack you (or even use a firearm against you), you could discredit the unions,” the email said.

The Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism made the discovery when it was reviewing Walker's emails, which was released as part of an open-records settlement with media organizations.
