There is power in a union! Together we can defeat the threat of a right-to-work (for LESS) law in Indiana. The Teamsters are working with other unions statewide in an unprecedented effort to defeat this anti-worker proposal.
Study after study shows that right-to-work (for LESS) laws:

Lower wages for everyone. The average worker in a “right to work” state makes $5,500 less per year. In this economy, who can afford a $5,500 pay cut?

Endanger worksite safety and health standards. “Right to work” rules weaken unions so they can’t bargain for better working conditions for us—resulting in more injuries and even deaths at the worksite.

Free loaders. “Right to work” rules aren’t fair to dues-paying members like us because it allows nonmembers to benefit from all the rights our union works hard for without paying their fair share.

It’s critical that you call or write your representatives and urge them to vote against this union-busting legislation and focus on what our state really needs: more jobs.

Working families deserve better. Don’t let corporate interests take away the best job security that exists: the union contract. Please call or write your representatives and tell them to vote against right-to-work (for LESS).
