Interstate Brands Modification Agreement Ballots Mailed October 22

Ballots for the Interstate Brands Corporation (Interstate Bakeries) Modification Agreement were mailed to members on Wednesday, October 22, 2008.

It is the recommendation of the National Co-Chairman, the entire IBC-IBT National Negotiating Committee and the unanimous support of the 147 local unions at the two-person committee meeting that you vote in support of the Proposed Modification Agreement.

To be counted, all ballots must be received at the Lanham, Maryland Post Office by 10 a.m. Eastern Time on November 12, 2008.
