General Secretary-Treasurer Hall serves as the International Union's top financial officer. He is the custodian of all Teamster properties, funds, securities and assets. He also oversees union accounting, audits and financial reporting.
The General Executive Board is made up of 17 Vice Presidents geographically distributed across North America as well as seven at-large Vice Presidents and three International Trustees. Between Teamster conventions, the General Executive Board, guided by the Teamster Constitution, is the governing body of the union.
