Canadian Region Vice President Don McGill recently announced his retirement from the General Executive Board, effective March 31, 2010. McGill will continue to serve as Secretary-Treasurer of Local 213 in Vancouver; President of Joint Council 36; and as a member of the National Executive Board of Teamsters Canada.

“Brother McGill has been an integral part of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters for decades, serving in many capacities both in the United States and Canada,” said Jim Hoffa, Teamsters General President. “By staying active with all his duties in Teamsters Canada, Brother McGill will continue to build our great union.”
