Roadway Express Multi-Region Change of Operations Decision MR-CO-06-12/2006

The following is the decision from the Roadway Express Multi-Region Change of Operations MR-CO-06-12/2006, which was heard at the Central Region Joint Area Committee on December 11, 2006, at the Sheraton Suites O’Hare, Rosemont, IL.

DECISION: Motion that the Company’s proposed change of operations be approved as clarified and modified by the parties on the record with the following provisions:

  • Further, the committee rules that there shall be no window period involved in the change.

  • Regarding the request of the Union steward from Local 407, all the requests are specifically denied.

  • Nothing herein shall violate the terms of the National Master Freight Agreement and/or the Central Joint Region Supplemental Agreement, and/or the Eastern Region Supplemental Agreements.

  • This Committee will hold jurisdiction of this change for twelve (12) months
