Teamsters Benefit Funds Trustee Program Scheduled March 22-24

The International Union will hold its annual Trustee Education Program for Teamsters Health & Welfare and Pension Fund Trustees on March 22-24, 2010. This three-day conference, coordinated through the joint efforts of the Teamsters Benefits, Capital Strategies, and Training and Development Departments, is designed to focus on important issues facing the union and its benefit plans, including:

• Health Care Reform Overview;
• Corporate Accountability Campaigns;
• AWP Ruling and Your Prescription Drug Plan;
• Pension Reform Overview; and
• Reforming the Capital Market.

The deadline for registration is February 19, 2010.
