Hundreds of Teamsters converged on Charlotte, North Carolina, for the Teamsters National Black Caucus' (TNBC) 37th annual educational conference from August 15-19. This gathering provided Teamsters the opportunity to hear from dynamic speakers, learn from educational workshops, build  a stronger network with their Teamster sisters and brothers, and bring a united focus on the upcoming presidential election.

  • Today, the fourth and final day of the TNBC Conference, started off with prayers during a breakfast held in memory of Eula Mae Cleveland, a longtime TNBC member and widow of the first black International Teamster Vice President.

  • Day three of the 37th Annual TNBC Conference in Charlotte, N.C. continued the theme of the importance of voting, as speakers challenged those in attendance to turn out the vote for worker-friendly candidates in national, state and local elections.

  • A sea of red shirts filled a hotel ballroom in Charlotte, N.C., today as TNBC delegates celebrated the fourth annual Women’s Day with inspiring speeches, recognitions and a special luncheon.
