WTOL-TV Toledo: OH Voters Reject Issue 2

Ohio State Issue 2 has been rejected by Ohio voters with 61 percent voting against the issue and 39 percent voting for it. That's with 98 percent of precincts reporting Wednesday morning. Supporters turned out in force at Teamsters Local 20 in Toledo, Ohio to celebrate the victory.
