Affecting Locals 24, 110, 264, 375, 397, 407 and 449 Roadway Express Multi-Region Change of Operations Decision MR-CO-06-12/2006 The following is the decision from the Roadway Express Multi-Region Change of Operations MR-CO-06-12/2006, which was heard at the Central Region Joint Area Committee on December 11, 2006, at the Sheraton Suites O’Hare, Rosemont, IL. DECISION: Motion that the Company’s proposed change of operations be approved as clarified and modified by the parties on the record with the following provisions: 1. Further, the committee rules that there shall be no window period involved in the change. 2. Regarding the request of the Union steward from Local 407, all the requests are specifically denied. 3. Nothing herein shall violate the terms of the National Master Freight Agreement and/or the Central Joint Region Supplemental Agreement, and/or the Eastern Region Supplemental Agreements. 4. This Committee will hold jurisdiction of this change for twelve (12) months.
