Affecting L ocals 560 and 707Roadway Express Multi-Region Change of Operations Decision MR-PS-CO-02-03/2004 The following is the decision from the Roadway Express, Inc. Multi-Region Change of Operations MR-PS-CO-02-03/2004, which was heard March 18, 2004, at a special hearing in Dallas Texas. DECISION: The proposed change of operations is approved as modified and clarified on the record with the following provisions: The change of operations is approved subject to the Company’s statement and concurrence by the Local Unions that the created premium service position has not diminished or disturbed the core business work of Local 560, and further, for any expansion into any other Local Union’s jurisdiction the Company would come back before the Multi-Region Change of Operations Committee.
