NLRB Judge: KAG West Violated Law By Withholding $1.91 Wage Increase

Recently, an administrative law judge for the National Labor Relations Board found that KAG West has discriminatorily denied their employees represented by Teamsters Local 986 the $1.91 wage increase of August 2010. The judge determined that KAG West violated the law by withholding the wage increase and ordered the company to pay up.
