When we vote to become Teamsters, we’ll stand together and we’ll have the power to fight for things that really matter in our lives:

Work rules that are fair, consistent and cannot be changed without our approval;

• Job protection;

• The ability to transfer if an outstation is closed;

• Guaranteed pay increases;

• Limits on health insurance costs;

• An arbitration process, should we have a disagreement at work;

• Fair scheduling—no more giving casuals more work than part-timers; and

• Seniority rights, which recognize our experience and dedication at ABX Air.

As Teamsters, we’ll negotiate with ABX Air for a fair contract with the assistance of Teamster negotiators — no contract will go into effect without our approval. What’s more, we won’t pay a dime of dues until we ratify our first contract.

In our contract, we can negotiate protections that secure our jobs against outsourcing and in the event our company is ever purchased.
